Efficiency and Comfort!

When it comes to forced air heating (typically a gas furnace, electric furnace or heat pump), there are a few things to keep in mind. If you have a boiler or ground source/water source heat pump, you can take this month off. The first thing you need to do is figure out 1) how long are you planning on being in the home, 2) do I want to keep the same type of heat, 3) do I want to invest in more energy efficient equipment and 4) are there any comfort issues in my home.
